Bersalin anak ketiga..

Seram tak bunyi? hahahaha.. sengal betol aku neh...
(orang lain beranak ramai dah..tak heran.. hahah). Biasa laa.. setengah orang takde hal... heeee

Coretan lama aku simpan untuk share dan simpan sebab aku spesis pelupa yaa amat...

 Anyways, nak citer al kisah pregnancy kali ni.. waduhh mmg horror sikit.. haha. Al maklumlah, tiap pregnancy ibu ibu di luar sana ada ceritanya tersendiri.. so yeah, ini adalah antara catatan dalam draf sepanjang mengandung anak yang ketiga (uuu dasyat dengar..apakah??! .. #taklehmoveon ).

Pada awal mengandung asyik nau xde mood nak makan.. tapi makan jerr.. hahaha.. tapi tapi.. tak taw kenapa bila check up di klinik kesihatan , mesti rekod darah Hb teruk.. huhu.. kene tegur tiap tiap kali check sepanjang 9 bulan tu jangan cakap laa kan. 

Ada sekali tu rase nak demam pun ada.. huhu ni mesti darah hb kurang nih.. puas laa iolss makan kerang, daging, sayur (hari hari hokay)... tapi cam tak jalan.. sampai doktor tukar ubat dari ubat ferum biasa ke ubat bernama iberet.. pun xjalan.. Iolss dh risau kot teruk sgt kene ngadap spital kang.. huwaa.. Berkata je la dalam diri "cobaannnn.." .  sedey hari hari sapa taw kan.. haha.

Kronologi bersalin ;( draf dari phone)

11/6/215 check up. Been eating meat, jambu kurma n susu anmum almost everyday . Check up didn't seem great. Bad mood swings again. with hb 9.1 record. frustrations continues...

Next check up 25/6/2015. Fasting month already. Hb now 9.9. rise up a lil but  :( still not up to 11 . kene tegur jugek.. Fasting, Alhamdulillah complete. yay for that ...

Today 1 july2015 , my tummy rumbles. Huhu. Now stuck in traffic jam.. Feels wanna vomit. Huhu xlarat sgt rs. But its like 2 more hours to buka. Add to that i got a flue which makes it a bad day for me. Head hurts. Nose stuck n watery

Today another check up. 8/7/2015. Weight loss 1 kg. huhu. Nurse told me to eat more n more huhu. I feel so stressed. 

19/8/2015 - rekod darah hb gone down again. Huhu. Today minum air gula... guess what..now im both anemic n diabetics .huhuuhu....  I ate meat alot. They said in need to eat vegetables more. Im over stressed now. Huhu. Diabetik masa mengandung is a new experienced, i have never had it from my previous pregnancy.. huwaa dah tua la tu kata hati.. haahhaa..  Tapi memang leceh!!.. tiap hari kene test darah bsp.. ( nasib dapat pinjam alat test darah member..syukran, kalo tak berulang ke klinik kesihatan laa jawabnye)...  Here are some schedule bsp masa tu ;

masa amik darah : 8.00am >  makesure puasa from 10mlm b4, then  boleh mkn sikit hingga 8.15 am

masa amik darah : 10.15am.> Puasa dari jam 8.15am (2jam jarak)

masa amik darah : 2.00pm   > Puasa jam 12 tgh hari

masa amik darah : 8.00pm.. > puasa jam 6 petang

reading masa tu , syaratnya xleh lebih 6 xsilap selepas makan. kalo lebih kene g bgtaw klinik n jumpa doktor. Cara terbaik untuk mengawal kadar gula dalam darah adalah untuk memastikan bahawa ia kekal di antara julat normal.Iaitu..Tidak akan terlalu rendah atau tinggi.Boleh google pasal diabetik masa mengandung...

28th week of pregnancy, check up today on 2/9/2015. Hb around 9.9 as i ate iberet (ubat tambah darah) the nite before.  I ate bayam , meat , fruits  as advised.

32weeks. Counting baby movement everyday is a must. Check up at 32 weeks, Hb remains around 9.9-10 mg . I keep eating my pills as usual 2 times daily. Wish it could be 4 hahah. 

Nurse asked to packed bags- preparation for delivery starts.

Minggu seterusnya , ada terkene cirit birit masa ngandung... ntah apa la yang tersalah makan.. huhu.. rase dah dua kali sepanjang mengandung jadi macam ni..  "haihhh macam macam sungguh kali ni kata hati "

 

Masa scan 36 weeks dah dapat tarikh EDD : 2 November 2015

 Sabtu (25/10/2015) ; Tiga hari sebelum bersalin sempat lagi sambut besday cousins diorg nih , cik hanisahhh.. hehe. Usung aaa perut yang dah turun ( ramai dh tegur haha) ke rumah nek ndak.

Kek yang menjadi pujaaann anak-anak.. santekk sungguh Elsa cake dia.

Esoknya Ahad , babah budak-budak ni keje malam.. fuh rase melayang usung perot nk urus budak-budak. Mop lantai rumah hari hari tak ditinggall.. kalo xbuat.. acano.. makan dh bersepah.. nasib le.. kikikih.

Yay, dah start cuti  (26 Oktober 2015 hingga 23 Januari 2016) sebab iolss konon mintak cuti awal 2 minggu dari EDD check up klinik dengan harapan nak kemas rumah bagai. Bajet lepas bersalin masuk rumah bersih bersih , haha ... So yeah, dah start cuti  :)

Cuti punya pasal , Isnin (26/10/2015) tu sempat laa kemas pelan pelan rumah.. siap pergi pasar pastu minta adik bongsu (adah) datang teman minggu tu dan seterusnya , kot kot laa nk kene branak.... Al maklum la asben keje syif. ( stress benau handel sorang huwaaaa... padam muke gue)  .

Pada malam isnin tu, asyik laa rase sakit perut macam nk tercirit.. tp boleh je tahan.. selambe je masak bagai untuk dinner malam tu. kejap ada sakit, kejap takde tapiii.. selangan/jarak masa setengah jam atau sejam sekali. Aku gunekan apps " Contraction"  yang boleh kira contraction nak bersalin  .. dah banyak yang free di pasaran..hehe so bolehlah yang berkenaan download (suami di luar sana pun boleh sebagai sokongan .. mana taw nak tolong kirakan selang masa).

Apps yang aku guna..

 Aku dah mula kira dari malam 26/10/15 tu jam 11 malam (sebab ingat sakit perut nak cirit)

Tapi aku tekan je button apps bila rasa macammm contraction/sakit perut .. dari 12.09am (27/10/15)  Tapi biasa la masa tu guna je apps ni tak tengok log haha ( boleh camtew)

Selasa (27/10/201) , masa bangun subuh terjaga sebab nak rase memerut nak pergi toilet...suspen jee..  rupe rupnye dah turun tanda... OemmGgg hahaha.. rupe rupe dok sakit perut tu contraction dah start.. perghh boleh xprasan.. sebab ye la x macam dlm buku ( tak consistent).

Baru la terhengeh-hengeh baca balik log apps contraction tu hahhaha.. bila mendapati selang masa dah cantik, makna nya nak dekat bersalin lah tu... adoi.. boleh xamik port. hahaha. Anyways,  kejutkan asben and bagitahu..  siap-siapkankan diri , solat kene ( sebab ada terbaca kene juga kan) huhu , so gagah laa kan huhu, contraction dh ada , on dan off..so yeah pelan pelan.. bertabah laa ibu ibu di luar sanaaaa.. huhu.. 

Lebih kurang jam 7 pagi, selasa 27 Oktober 2016, dah masuk kete smua and bagitaw adik yang orang dah nak beraslin , so mintak adik hantarkan bedudaks dua tu ke tadika.... maka bermula la perjalan ke hospital pilihan kali ni Hospital Sungai buloh. Nak dijadikan cerita..jalan jeemmm...(ye laa orang nak pergi kerja , jalan batu arang tu memang macam tuuu jemm dia...  adoii) ...tudiaaa ... jauh lagi pejalanan, contraction dah duk kira selang 3-5 mint sekali. Biasala duk pegang cermin kete , pegang sana ni menahan sakit.. sakit oooo hahaha...  ,SYukur ada member bagitaw ada shortcut lalu kawasan Cahaya SPK untuk ke Hospital. Boleh laaa..tak jem sangat... Bagaimanapun, sampi hospital pun sekitar 8.45pagi . fuh lega.

Setibanya di wad bersalin, macam biasa kene isi borang, pastu aku jenis asyik nau konpius nk isi apa haha siap bersoal dan tanya sambil sambil layan contraction.. malu dh xhengat dah.. ahaha..  bila contraction datang, diam seketika, pastu tanya balik soalan. haih. Misi pun check bukaan dan memang dah ready dah, terkejut diaa ( we have 6-7cm opening aku dengar).. so cepat cepat masuk labour room. ayoyoyo... Perasan aku ?? ntah,  tak sabar and nervous ya amat.

Dalam labour room ; memang husband xleh masuk kene tunggu betol betol nk bersalin baru leh masuk. Sambil monitor contraction yang selang makin rapat tu.. tu memang tak menahan, bila dah tak tahan sangat iolss panggil je misi yang ada dalam bilik tu,  maka bermula laa aktiviti teran meneran... fuh fuhhh..  

Kebetulan pula ade doktor pelatih, dia pula duk bagi semangat dengan ayat dia " puan fikir baby puan"..berulang-ulang dia cakap... adoii.. aku dalam hati "cube la bagi semangat / cakap kat aku macam kak baca doa, selawat kak , istifargh bersama kak , sabar ye kak..sikit lagi kak"  hehehe.. kemain permintaan..  Malas nak layan kata semangat dia, haha,  aku cume istifargh dan berdoa je la dalam hati . Tak ingat berapa kali teran tapi macam tak lama sebab rase cam kejap.. hee syukur, laju benau.. Alhamdulillah , jam 10.26pagi baby dah keluar.

Alhamdulillah. tengah huru hara sambut kepala baby yang keluar tu , asben pun baru masuk ,  masa tu iolss dh selamat bersalin... huuu terlepas kali ni.. (uweek tak aci!!).  So nah, akak velanje selfie gambar selekeh selepas bersalin dalam bilik bersalin .

Dah kat wad biasa masa ni.. alaaaa alala.. mama mama nak tito hahaha..

Apa-apa pun Alhamdulillah ...Terima kasih tak terhingga pada semua (Parents, Siblings , Family besau kecik, kawan-kawan..sama ada dikenali atau tak) , Terima kasih yang mendoakan kami ,

 Jeng jeng jeng ... lepas ni.  nak ngadap tempoh berpantang , pnjagaan baby huwaaa... , fasa kurang tido kikikih..

Setibanya di rumah;

Hamboih.. kakak aisyah paling seronok!!!.. makin dekat dengan adik keje dia... 

Lama betol masa nak set nama dia nih.. makan hari.. ahhaha tu le mak apak tak buat homework! hehe

Abang Arsyad haziq pun apa kurangnya.. sayang sungguh dengan si kecik neh...

Unpredicted Scars

Sunday, 5th June 2011- The quiet house in impiana suddenly burst into tears of a one year old child crying for attention . He cried out as he's hurt himself. I wasn't sure why and how on earth he had hurt himself that night.

He was playing by his own in the middle of the empty living room when he suddenly toppled over and bumped on the skirting tiles of the room. I don’t know how to describe it, but its something like that. So there you have it. A minor red wound appeared on his forehead. Poor thing.

Quickly ,we searched for a gamat ointment. Put it on his forehead even though he was grumpy and pushing my fingers away. Hopefully it will be better soon, as my brother in law engagement will be on next Sunday.

On the very next day, we took him to the nursery as usual. The girls were shocked and asked us “who did it.. how did he get this ?” Hoh.! Malu nk jwb. Jaga sendiri pon, dia leh cedera...

ps: i think he scared the other kids off (at the nursery) ..ngehe hee hee.

* update : Alhamdulillah by friday, scars pon dah hilang. Selamat... :)

Monday , 19th April 2011

The day itself, Nak g kerja, kereta pula buat hal. At 6.30am , as usual nk panaskan kereta tetiba xleh start. huuu ... Then i called AAM utk tgk apa2 yg patot laa kn, org tu pon datang laa.. changed the battery, unfortunately the car couldn't start either. And org tu cadangkan call proton breakdown area kepong, as i was at my inlaws house laa kn.. Die ckp ni problem kereta baru2 , masalah compressor ???(bkn proton je..lain2 pon..he claimed)..whtever :P.

To cut the story short, i left my car since my FIL said he'll fixed things out later. Thanks to him again , he dropped me off at work. SO, i came to work at 9.30am...lewat utk bulan nih..adeh.

Alhamdulillah mr. Pejal landed safely at KLIA around 2.30pm . ting tong ting tong smpai Kepong, KL kol 3.30-4.00pm. Dah duk umh diam2.rest.

So, tiba la pukul 5pm, time balik keje laa kn, aku pon dh pack2 nk siap balik naik LRT. stesen terdekat dgn kepong , LRT gombak. Jauh x jauhlaa tp ok laa . Then rase nk call pejal, well just to inform him my route laa kn..(dh kereta xde)

me : A'slm babe, ill be driving the LRT , to home.hee hee. See you!
Pejal : HOh, see you ?...see you at the office ,,haa haa haa
me : WTH ,... serious ke nih.. ?
Pejal: Serious Sh****T la
me: O-k-a-y then.
im shock( really.. tak tipu.)
Pejal:Surprise, dh sampai!!!
me : u just cant wait to see me kan kan.. NGADA2..!! :P

Yelah 14jam atas flight. jet lag kn.. ada hati nk jemput.haaaa. Suke sgt surprise2 xtentu hala..cet. But i liked it,anyway. :))

Feed me self

Know what, juggling with this snowball of mine without his dad in the house makes me a bit Huru hara . I was quite stressed out figuring house chores and having the time patiently to feed this boy. Anyhow, maybe he noticed that his mommy was very very tired and a bit of messed, he then... eagerly wanted to eat all by himself.
Well, thank you id say. .that's very kind of u, haziq.

Haziq's day out ( but we still miss daddy)

That friday, haziq got a surprise from his aunt. Well for some reason he seems to know that the pressie was for him. Lucky you! Anyhow, he happily wanted to open it by himself. Thank you makcu adah for the pleasant surprise.Loved it!!..

Saturday came, and haziq's grandma decided to bring us to PD,(since some of the relatives were there too). SO, off we go.


It was haziq's first time in the salty sea water. It was fun though, but it would be more fun if daddy was here too..(hope you're having fun in Munich too,dad). Chill..


Haziq took about half an hour to get used to the wavy water. Later, he found himself very amused and could play on his own.hehe.

Not forgetting a dip in the pool.

That night, he slept well.yay!!!. Tired..i bet. Cant wait for another water trip huh :) .
We'll bring daddy along next time. And haziq could show off to daddy. .okay.

Daddy's Departure

Incase you were asking, here's haziq on that day(read the tittle). after the kiss kiss n hugs hugss he started saying words of baba baba repeatedly...hahha.

so there, He likes the planes i think. kept staring at one another as they take off. . thus waving..(macam tau tau je..)

there goes the train to the other terminal...(he's in there!!..)

I'm walking alright

Hello..

Nak cerita perkembangan snowball itu..alhamdulillah genap setahun sebulan budak neh dh boley berdiri dan berjalan tanpa sokongan. Tapi masih jatuh2 n terhuyun hayang... anyway, Yay!! mesti celebrate nih... celebrate dengan upah die kasut baru.haa.. rugi kalo beli awal2..( sebab nk berjimat, biasa lah mama n babah dh nk kopak nih..ekekeh..). sebelum nih xpnh beli ( tp ada je yg org bagi pressie..). So, Congrats haziq..JOm jalan2..nnti dh terra berjalan lagik, leh makcik2 die bwk g zoo plak... ( like we all used too kn..)

Hello, im1 year old now :))

Alhamdulillah,

No other words can describe how much i feel when this snowball of mine has turn one.
Arsyad haziq was born on the 20th Feb 2010 at HKL at 4.13 pm. Time flies so quickly and what do u know.., after all the new experiences, dramas, joys, late nights and special moments we suddenly realized HAziq's first birthday was just round the corner.

I made a small function for closer relatives and friends near by to Hi-tea birthday party for Haziq's ...Sorry as i cant invite everyone but insyaAllah , ada rezeki i would, kay guys...

Lots a luv and billion thanks for those who came (grandma, grandpa's, uncles, aunties, cousins, nephews, nieces, sisters , brothers and friends too) , thanks for the presents, the angpows, the pot luck food , the helpers and the fun. Im sure haziq had too much fun that he hadn't slept at all that evening until midnight. haihhh..
