Pengalaman Bas GreYH***d

Walaupun jauh disudut hati rasa sedey sebab asyik teringt kt keluarga tercinta di tanah air tapi perjuangan harus diteruskan. Ya, bukan saya sorang yang merasakan tapi ramai lagi kawan2 lain yg turut mempunyai perasaan rindu dan kasih sayang pada mereka, especially when we are so far away.heuu.... But they would be happy to know that we are happy too,thats what my dear pejal told me. So, give a a chance to feel free to explore where ever you are right now and enjoy the moment while u can. Okay, tanpa buang masa mendengar luahan ini mari kita teruskan dengan kisah jalan-jalan di Seattle :P


Okay, tak taw nk mula kat mana , tapi nk cerita pengalaman perjalanan ke tempat ini, iaitu bandar pertama or kedua terbesar di Washington state (tak pasti sila wiki...). Kteorg g dengan menaiki bas dari Pasco,wa (prosser ke pasco pun dah sejam...huhu biasala kwsn jauh dr bandar) ke Seattle,wa dengan masa perjalanan 4jam..lama gak terengkot hokey.

Bus station

Nak di jadikan cerita bas boleh delay dari 2 petang sampai la kul 4 petang. nak tak nak lepak laa kt stesen bas smpai bas tiba. mkn lunch maggie pastu solat kt stesen (cari port selesa sket..biasalaa mana ada surau hehe).

Jam dekat kul 5 bas pun tiba( xkotakan kata tambah sejam menunggu..heu), maka naik la kami bertiga. indah kaba dari rupa , rupa2 nya..huhu.. bas greyhound yg mempunyai web yg cnteks xlah laa cantik basnya. dalam tu dh laa bau busuk( bau bilik air you)..pastu tmpt duduk penuh dengan orang2 lain.nk tegur smua cm genster je..adeh... pengalaman yg sangat tak best..Mr.pejal cakap ingt US tu best sangat ke..hahaha.. tu la.. bas express kt m'sia lagi cntek n selesa. serius :) so saya wat kesimpulan disini nak budget travel cmni laa...hehe ,ok je redah je laa..hee hee.

Disebabkan bertolak lambat dr pasco tiba la di Seattle menjelang malam..turun je duk cari jalan nak ke hotel.berjalan kaki laa kan. Time ni tercabar..dh la gelap... sejuk pulak tu .haha.. tapi cekalkan hati duk cari jalan ke hotel,duk baca nama jalan then cari mana north mana west.. diorng suka pakai direction cmtukan.. kalo laa ada iphone or seangkatan dh lama leh guna GPS..huhu.. tapi apakan daya takde smua tu jadi harap guna peta n direction yg disalin.hehe..bayangkan :P

Agak2 25-30 minit jumpa hotel tu , travelodge namanya.. boleh pula diorang xde booking bilik kteorg..camne pulaa..hehe . Gigihlaa duk print out email ckp dh booking..haha..then, nasib baik ada room kosong tp besar sket.Okla rembat saja dh penant. check in saja.

Masuk bilik saya pon call pizza ( disebab bnyk kupon sepah2 kt bilik ,lepas tgk menu terus call n order). maka 30minit pizza pon sampai.. masa delivery tu mamat tu bg salam lagi ( dh tgk aku duk lilit kepala cm org arab la kot.haha)..dia ckp kedai piza ni org islam ..dtg n beli lagi.wah bagus tuh..


pastu tido.. esok2 smbung jalan-jalan lagi ye.

Okay, tak mau citer pasal training berjela2 laa kan. nama pun training seperti biasala..kan. Cuma just enough for u to know that training ni pertama kali aku experience. guess what. peserta/student (since training dlm Universiy) kawal masa diorg sendiri. . camno lak tu?

Diberinya nota n latihan latih tubi (bnyk weh..soklan teknikal gile.!! arghh..).Dan aku susun jadual ikot suke aku bile nk baca n bila nak buat. Supervisor akan pantau,tiap isnin jumpa/diskus mana2 yg tak faham. Boleh??.. cmne mau ketinggalan aku adeh...

senang citer dia ala-ala research la. ko harus tahu target ko and cuba capai dalam masa sebulan (sbb time frame aku sebulan je). Menurut prof ni, sepatutnya lebih lama kursus lebih bagus,baru boleh ada bnyk masa. (owh,dlm hati..cukuplaa kot..hahahaa).

The place

on the road to "the place"

A 45minits drive from Pasco airport to Prosser, Washington. Its a very unique and a peaceful place id say. This place supports the US gov. agriculture production.

Here, an IRAC or also known as Irrigated Agricultural Research Center helps closely with the farmers and most of the crops (they have grapes,cherry's, corn,alfalfa,hay,apples and etc. ) are irrigated. For this month,they called it the dry month which one can see that most of the time the crops are irrigated.





Not to mention, Prosser have many hills, those brown coloured one are hills. no agriculture are done there as its not an irrigated place. There are canals, which are use to irrigate the crops. These canals drives the water from Mount Adams n Mount Rainer for the crops here. So thats why they have plenty of water supply for their crops... yayyyy... :)

Here's where ill be staying. a 69USD for a night is a great price. Thnks prof.(sebenarnya harga hotel cmnih mau RM400 or 150USD.Tapi maybe supervisor training ni ada share or kad apa tah.dpt harga murah...kalo xde dia for sure mahal beb.)

Reaching Pasco and Prosser,WA

Salam and Hello readers..

Sambungan: Connecting flight aku dari LAX ( LA) ke Denver , Colorado dengan menaiki UA airlines. Perjalanan sejam setengah, ok laa... kapal terbang besar. So touch je di Denver airport ni, cpt2 lunch n tunggu laa flight UA ke Pasco. Bag xyah bwk keluar.menurut agent tu,UA akan uruskan ke destnasi akhir.

Tengah tunggu tu kene perhatikan screen flight..SEBAB??....
Nak tahu dalam masa sejam or beberapa minit, boleh tukar gate..Penat aku tunggu gate hujung.last2 sib baik peka.,dh tukar gate kat lain. hoh..ingt kt mesia je jd.kat sini pun,sama je.weks!!

Masa beratur, aku sempat bertanya kat agent UA adakah beg aku reach pasco belom (my final destination). Pastu derang pon cek sistem beg aircraft UA yg bakal naik nih. Dia ckp,beg aku xde pon.Aduhaii.. risao xterkata. Tapi berdoa insyaAllah dh smpai.
Agent tu ada ckp,once smpai Pasco tanya org kt sana mana tahu dh smapai awal...( make claims)

(dlm hati aku, ceh..derang yg canggeh pon tataw beg yg bertag lagi bernombor dh hantar ke belom..sabo je laaaa)

Anyway, berdoa je la moga2 selamat.

Perjalanan ke Pasco , 2jam lebey. Tapi flight aku delay 2jam gak laa... sebab ada thunderstorm..so gigil tunggu dlm kapal terbang yg lom terbang..adeh.sampai terhantuk2 laa ke-ngantukan..haha
(patut bergerak kol 3.kol 6 br nk gerak)

After thunderstorm dah disperse-captain dpt arahan utk terbang....FINALLY!!!

Ni sewaktu melepasi Colorado..bergunung ganang

Tak sabar nak mendarat!!!

Alhamdulillah...sudah mendarat. NAk cek beg pula..

Layover

Setibanya di LA atau LAX international airport. perlu claim bag. padahal trip aku jauh lagi nk g denver n pasco-tapi rules kt sini perlu clear custom .risau gak takut makanan2 aku bwk, derang buang.cmno.

so lepas immigration aku pon claim bag n kene laa cek bag..tapi,dia xbukak pon. muke confident ( bak ckp peyya.. ). selamat, lepas kali nih.hee hee. Di sini rupenye ada tmpat utk drop off bag. kirenya kalo ada flight seteursnya baling je kt sana..xkire laa dari airline apa...
tapi tapi make sure dah tag lah ke final destination. so dengan doa n tawakal baling laa barang2 aku tuh...xlarat nk carry kt LA nih.

Disebab next flight aku esok pagi kol 8.aku pun layover di LA nih.
Aku xde booking pon hotel ( sebab in the first place ingt nk lepak kt airpot tapi kt sini security halau cmne...

so cepat2, ..cr hotel utk berehat.huuu.so gamble laa g desk ' information' utk hotel reservation thru phone (sini, free utk local hotel...so tepon laa agak2 ingt nama hotel kt sinih....)

Alhamdulilah, dpat laa bilik dlm 99usd (yah murah ke tu..its the best n nearst hotel i can find).

Di LAX ni bnyk free shuttle bus to hotel. asal die lalu je, tgk je nama bus. kalo kena naik lah. so wait n wait n ride bile smpai..huuu..

Next day cek in utk naik connecting ke Denver n Pasco... perjalanan masih jauh,adeh.

Depart KUL- LAX- DENVER-PASCO

Owh did i mention, i passed the interview. Alhamdulillah. So then it came the next step,that is to attend it ..huu...the course is about a month time.Its a one to one course-takuttt..haha

So,here's the brief news on my trip. HArap2 xbosan membaca..hehe .poyo pun ade gak,so terima jelaa kn.sorry in advance. :))
